COUNTRIES FROM WHICH THE MOST IMMIGRANTS CAME TO THE UNITED STATES (1991-2000)

Mexico, by far, was the origination point for more immigrants to the U.S. than any other country between 1991 and 2000. The Pacific Rim contributed many immigrants (especially to the West Coast) as well as the Caribbean (mainly to the East Coast).
