STATES WHERE SPANKING IS STILL LEGAL IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Twenty-two states in the South, Lower Midwest and the Rocky Mountains still do not have a law banning corporal punishment (spanking, paddling) in schools. In recent years, corporal punishment in schools has been rare, except in parts of the South.
